Paula Gould named Women in Tech advocate of the year

The Nordic Women in Tech Awards has named Paula Gould a 2022 Women in Tech Advocate of the year for Iceland and a finalist for the international award. The awards “Recognize[s] an inspirational organization or person for their accomplishments as leaders in business and visionaries of technology who have made a difference in their community and have gone out of their way to support the cause of attracting more women in the tech industry over the last 24 months.”

Paula was recognized for her advocacy through the non-profit organization she co-founded, WomenTechIceland, a touch point for events, news and discussions around women and technology in Iceland, connecting the world to those driving Iceland tech innovation. Likewise, WomenTechIceland connects the Iceland tech industry to members of the global tech community whose interests include engaging with expert voices from Iceland's strong community of women in tech and who are focused on the interests, issues and opportunities of women in the tech industry.
